We want your experience to be stress free and comfortable. Here are a few Desert Day Spa & Hair Salon Guidelines that will assure a positive experience:
Etiquette
- Do arrive 15 minutes early and relax in your luxurious robe in the quiet room prior to your spa appointment.
- To ensure a wonderful relaxing Spa experience for you and our other guests we ask that you leave cell phones, pagers, jewelry, watches, babies and children at home. Our staff can assist you with any emergency phone call situations.
- In our Hair Salon, we ask that you leave cell phones and pagers on silent. If you must take a call, please be respectful of our other clients and keep your call short.
- The Hair Salon is not an appropriate place for children under 12 unless they are receiving hair services.
- Clients under the age of 16 must have a parent or guardian's approval for Spa Services.
- In consideration of our hard working staff, please cancel 24 hours in advance. This will allow us to fill your spot as soon
as possible with clients on our waiting list.
- We will always call you the day before to remind you of your appointment.
- Gratuities are always left to the discretion of our guests. However, all gratuities are preferred in cash or personal check payable to the technician.
- A gratuity envelope is available at the front desk for your convenience.
- Thank you for honoring our smoke-free environment.
